We are proud to announce an important leadership transition for our business as Michael Jones steps down from his role as Managing Director and Chris Howells assumes the position, effective 1 June 2026.
Over the years, Michael has played a pivotal role in shaping the company, leading with dedication, vision, and commitment. Under his leadership, the business has achieved significant milestones, built a strong reputation, and developed an exceptional team. On behalf of everyone at the company, we extend our sincere thanks to Michael for his outstanding contribution and leadership.
Michael commented:

While stepping away from day-to-day leadership, Michael will remain actively involved in the business as a Non-Executive Director, continuing to support the Board and provide strategic guidance as we move forward.
As we begin this next chapter, we are delighted to welcome Chris Howells as Managing Director.
Chris brings extensive experience, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of our business, people, and customers. He has Michael’s full support and the confidence of the Board as he takes on this new role.
