We like to promote from within to capitalise on the experience of our existing operatives, technically and with our client base. This experience together with assisted directional professional development has served us well, reflected by low staff turnover in all departments. We operate apprenticeships and trainee schemes and reap the benefit as many of these apprentices and trainees have progressed to more senior roles within our company.
