Programme: 52 Weeks

Electrical Design and Build Project. The scope of works was to reduce the area of existing GAP and H&M retail units at 99 Kensington High Street by removing the second floor area of their demise to allow the creation of the new second floor category A specification office area.

A new cycle store and shower block was also created within the existing boiler room in an annex building adjacent to 1 Derry St.

The project required very careful co-ordination, design and setting out with the whole project team, to ensure all services were installed with hidden fixings behind a non-accessible ceiling, prior to installing main M&E items.
